Ling Peng, our first Artist in Residence at Waterloo Gallery, in collaboration with Sid Peacock and Ruth Angell of Surge Forward which delivers high quality intercultural and cross genre collaborations. 

Ling Peng's career in music began as a child prodigy at the age of 7 performing to thousands during the Cultural Revolution in China. She has been based in the UK since 1990 as a professional musician. Ling Peng played the Urhu for us and was joined by Ruth on the violin and Sid on guitar.
